52nd Asia Pacific Film Festival

Dear delegates,

Warm Greetings from Jakarta,
Without realizing, in about 2 months the 52^nd Asia Pacific Film Festival will be held in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia which will take place from the 18th through 21st November 2008.

This annual event has always been a momentous time for all members of the Federation of Motion Pictures Producers in Asia Pacific region. It is the time to gather together, set new boundaries, exchange creative ideas and cementing friendship among ourselves.

The Organizing Committee has made special efforts in making the 52^nd APFF a memorable event by arranging several programs among them is a friendly soccer match between foreign artists and our Indonesian stars which will be fun and entertaining for the public. So, we urge you to bring all your top stars and in this way the 52nd APFF will also get a boost.

We are deeply thankful of the strong support rendered by the Jakarta Provincial Government, so be sure not to miss the big event on 18th November 2008 – a welcome party hosted by our Governor. On 19th November 2008 is dinner arranged by the biggest Cineplex chain in Indonesia - the 21 Group and 20th November 2008 will be the Taipei Night. On 21st November 2008 will be the highlight "Award Presentation Ceremony" and many more interesting items.

Please register at the soonest and bring a big delegation as we promise you lots of fun. The Organizing Committee will welcome you all with Jakarta's warm and customary welcome – Selamat datang di Jakarta!
